Hi ya guys -

long time no post, etcetera.

Just to let you all know I am OK, and while a brave struggle was put up, sadly the Mrs past away 5 weeks ago. I've taken the time to get the house in order and to sort a ton of stuff out, and make sure the wheels are all spinning right again.

When I posted the Mrs was ill, it was already pretty much touch and go by that point - however the best thing that can be said is that the battle - while lost - is now over.

So yeah. Can't really articulate it any better than that - the details will remain private - and it's on with the show as it were.

People like you is the main reason why I worked hard through school and got a job working at a cancer research centre so that nobody would have to suffer a lose because of the c word.

We're definitely on our way to finding better treatment and cures. I know last week my department made it on the news that colon cancer arises from stem cells.
