Faster
Oh well, Bosnia had the longest odds in my opinion, the Irish gave Italy a run for their money, so doing it to France was never out of the question.
Stu
Oooooh, Russia down to 10 players.
4gamesandcounting
Odds gotta be on Slovenia now. Portugal has scored the 1-0. So it's actually impossible for Bosnia and Herzegovina to go to South Africa now, since they would have to score three goals now. I would have loved to see them at the World Cup, after the tumultous history of their country. Not impossible - just very difficult!!!
Olympian2004
Russia's Alexander Kerzhakov was sent off after a foul against Slovenian goal keeper Samir Handanovic. It's getting really dangerous now for Russia...
Faster
Slovenia a nation of 2 million people taking down Russia, a nation of 142 million people. 140 million in population difference.

Olympian2004
Russia seems to lose its ticket to South Africa -- and its former group opponent Germany is lagging 1-2 against Cote d'Ivoire. So it seems that they won't be able to win for Robert Enke -- despite a good first half.

Olympian2004
Russia is out -- Slovenia is qualified! That is extremely sad, since Russia was a great competitor of Germany in group 4. Will this be the end of Guus Hiddink's time in Russia? I'm very sad for him personally, too. He's such a nice guy and great manager. Germany has scored the 2-2, which is the final result.
