Singapore is ready for the Games! On March 2009, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) decided that torch relays for all future Olympic Games will be held within the host city. However, an exception was made for the first Youth Olympic Games. In order to connect the youth of the world to the Olympic movement, SYOGOC was granted the honour of bringing the first Youth Olympic Flame to five continents.
