munichfan
With Salt Lake basically already set as the next American winter host, we probably won't talk about a Denver bid for a very long time anyway.
Quaker2001
Non-story. Salt Lake will be the U.S. Winter Olympic host. Denver has no shot of hosting anything for at least the next 20 years
yoshi
SLC will be the American host for the Winter Olympics, just like LA is for the summer ones. The only possible way anywhere else might ever do it is if the regional bids & hosts of future years inspire them to join Lake Placid & New York or Boston as an Italian-style dual hosting.
