Hello everyone, im new to the forums, although I have been a fan of the website for a while now. Is it possible for Vancouver to have their opening ceremonies spill outside like they did in Melbourne for the 2006 commonwealth games? I think something like this would be a great idea. Not everyone can afford to get tickets to the ceremonies, but what a great way to get the entire city involved Could they possibly do something like this, or is it a rule that it has to stay in the stadium?
