Pillan, it seems as though the facilities in Norway's Euro 2008 handball tend to be small interms of capacity on average than in years past from other European nations. With the exception of the arena in Lillehammer, none of them go beyond 10,000 in seating. You would think Oslo would try to build or extend the seating of its Spektrum (seating 8000) for soemthing like. But will the city build another one that will be at least 10,000?
