Cobi
Spain's High Court has ordered the seizure of all copies of a magazine that carried a cartoon of Crown Prince Felipe and his wife having sex. The cartoon on the front page of the weekly satirical magazine El Jueves depicted Prince Felipe saying sex was the closest he would come to working. Complete BBC article* The cartoon shows the royal couple in an explicit sexual position. It refers to a measure instituted by Prime Minister Rodríguez Zapatero to increase Spain's birth rate by offering €2500 to families for each new child born or adopted. In the cartoon, Felipe de Borbón tells his wife: "Do you realize that if you get pregnant this will be the closest to real work I've ever done?" *Guardian, always keeping us up to date! KRATK
I read about it... it's just so stupid what the judge have done. The magazine was funny but it wasn't any attack to the Princes... and now with the confiscation, everybody wants to read the magazine.
arwebb
Did they really put it on the cover? That's perhaps a tad risky, but it still seems to be something of an over-reaction.
