Faster
We have no idea who is competing and won't know until about a month before the games. The invetations have not gone out to countries asking them to compete in Beijing, let alone Vancouver.

NYCD 2012
Singapore will not waste its time in the WOGs , it building up its Sailers & Swimmers . We're the top sailing nation is Asia ! They're tageting some medals in Beijing & London ! And besides , we are 1 degree above the eqator , theres NO SNOW within in 1000km within singapore . Lord David
Expect Jamaica to attempt to qualify for the Bobsleigh for sure, after not qualifying for Tornio 2006, and this being Canada, they'll surely make a comeback! (I hope)

Fox334
Well, Jamaica didn't qualify for Bobsled, but a Jamaican-born breaker did win a silver medal for Canada in Turino's Bobsled competition.
BTHarner
I expect a few countries that have been represented by the one same athlete at multiple games like Bermuda (Patrick Singleton), Kenya (Phillip Boit), and Thailand (Prawat Nagvajara) to fall to the wayside at some point in time. I wouldn't be surprised to see a decrease in the number of participating NOCs in Vancouver.
Faster
Argentina Australia Austria Belarus Brazil Bulgaria Canada China Croatia Czech Republic Denmark Estonia Finland France Germany Great Britain Hungary Israel Italy Japan Kazakhstan Korea Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania Netherlands New Zealand Norway Poland Romania Russia Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden Switzerland Ukraine USA are returning without question, the countries with less than 10 athletes in Torino are still in question. But new countries and spliting of countries would account for some growth, but some countries will fall by the way-side. A lot of the FA's have cut back their funding to allow athletes from Africa and Asia.
