We’ll see how this pans out once the Games actually get underway, since many will be buying their tickets same day. 

No surprise though, that many of the unsold tickets as of now, are the really expensive ones.

Update: sold all my badminton & trampoline tickets after all, the last ones today, 24 hours before competition!

I had also put up (indoor) volleyball tickets after the men‘s schedule came out, but I guess Slovenia vs Serbia was not a crowd pleaser, there were still 500+ offers on the resale platform the day before it was scheduled. So I lost those (couldn‘t go anyway anymore because of a change of plans).

It's a stupid rule. 
So if you want to go spontaneous, you can't because all resale tickets offers were deleted
