Was a fun 2 weeks. Overlooking the elephant in the room diplomacy wise, some amazing accomplishments and records and so many great performances. Looking forward to Paris and Milan/Cortina. Enjoyable games even in these Covid times. So many superstar names from this Olympics.

All these ceremonies had was that LED screen. Overglorified version of floor projections. 

At least Japan tried. Too bad Dentsu and Covid didn't allowed them. 

They reused the fireworks song from the opening.

In general, I didn't like the ceremony... only protocol segments and an extremely boring handover 

Beijing closes a cycle of 2 games in 14 years.

Oh no... I forgot that we still have to deal with that guy for another Olympic bid. But I would not be surprised if Katarina would want to spearhead another winter bid. Didn't the DOSB boss announce a few days ago that Germany wants to bid for the Games again?
