That said, I still don't exclude that Fencing 1976 will try to find support for a rule change, allowing him to stay in power longer than originally foreseen. And who also happens to chair now, appointed by you-know-who himself, that wonderful FHC that will oversee the "awarding" of the 2036 Olympics, which of course, a certain buddy, buddy's country will be in "continuous dialog" with. The problem for her chances against the time-line and that she is not an IOC Vice-President as yet, while Nicole Hoevertsz will have been a Vice President for 4 years in 2025. Kirsty has just been appointed Chair of the Brisbane 2032 Coordination Commission so her star is definitely rising but likely not fast enough in time for the 2025 Presidential election. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic is also a rising star in the IOC and currently is not an IOC Vice President nor a member of the Executive Board. Was recently elected as Chair of the Future Host Commission for the Olympic Games, replacing Ms Kristin Kloster Aasen. Kristin Kloster Aasen is definitely a chance having just been elevated to hold a coveted position on the IOC Executive Board following her successful stint heading up the first ‘New Norm’ Future Host Commission for the Olympic Games which led to Brisbane’s election as 2032 Host.
