SportLightning
The 10th FIFA Women's World Cup in 2027 doesn't have a host just yet. Bidding process timeline could start very soon. Right now we have one joint bid have already confirmed and that is: Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Six counties have expressed interests of hosting the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup are: Chile and the joint bid of the Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. I expect Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands to co-host since they have a strong joint bid for the next edition after Australia and New Zealand in 2023. Who do you think will co-host the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027? We'll find out in the coming months. https://royal-belgian-football-association.prezly.com/neighbouring-football-nations-join-their-efforts-for-2027-womens-world-cup-bid https://www.dfb.de/frauen-nationalmannschaft/news-detail/3-nationen-ein-ziel-deutschland-bewirbt-sich-fuer-wm-2027-220698/ https://www.knvb.nl/nieuws/themas/fifa-uefa/61887/belgië-duitsland-en-nederland-slaan-handen-ineen-voor-wk-2027 Edited May 17 by Sir Rols
philipp morgenstern
It would probably be in CONCACAF, CONMEBOL or CAF because last time it was in UEFA and 2023 is in AFC
philipp morgenstern
if its Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Those three countries cannot autoqualify directly

And yes 2023 you said not only in the AFC side (Australia) but also the OFC side (New Zealand) that you forgot to mention.

Actually, Chile's stadiums are big enough to host if they win the bid, they should reuse their venues from the 2015 Copa América. Including cities of: Santiago de Chile, Concepción, Viña del Mar, Antofagasta, Valparaíso, Temuco, La Serena and Rancagua. These are my possible guess for Chile 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup bid. philipp morgenstern
South Africa wouldn't be a bad option either https://sundayworld.co.za/sport/sa-to-bid-for-2027-fifa-world-cup/ . Loved the 2010 world cup atmosphere, so wouldnt mind repeating that.

USA will not bid for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup since they are more focused on 2031 FIFA Women's World Cup according to SportBusiness.com which is to avoid the year early for the 2026 FIFA World Cup which USA is co-hosting along with Canada and Mexico, as well with the year following in the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. SportLightning
Here a possible venue list if Belgium-Germany-Netherlands wins the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup bid over the others: Belgium: Brussles: King Baudouin Stadium - Capacity: 50,093 Boitssfort: Drie Lindenstadion - Capacity: 40,000 Liège: Stade Maurice Dufrasne - Capacity: 29,062 Germany: Berlin: Olympiastadium - Capacity: 74,475 Munich: Allianz Arena - Capacity: 75,000 Hamburg: Volksparkstadion - Capacity: 50,030 Netherlands: Amsterdam: Johan Cruyff ArenA - Capacity: 55,500 Rotterdam: De Kuip - Capacity: 51,117 Eindhoven: Philips Stadion - Capacity: 36,500 Enschede: De Grolsch Veste - Capacity: 30,205 Heerenveen: Abe Lenstra Stadion - Capacity: 26,800 Utrecht: Stadion Galgenwaard - Capacity: 23,750 These are really good venues if Belgium-Germany-Netherlands is awarded. The final i expect to be held in either: Brussels, Berlin or Amsterdam. Probably Amsterdam to be used as the final. What do you think about the venues list for Belgium-Germany-Netherlands. SportLightning
Here's a bid video of Belgium-Germany-Netherlands 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup with several women's football legends: Silvia Neid (Germany), Femke Maes (Belgium) and Sarina Wiegman (Netherlands). That Belgium-Germany-Netherlands bid is a very strong candidature. I think it would be awesome. They could still automatically qualify as co-hosts pending on FIFA decision, same for 2026 FIFA World Cup with Canada, Mexico and United States awaiting all three to secure automatic qualification. We'll probably see more the likes of Bremen or Mönchengladbach. On 12/27/2021 at 11:39 PM, SportLightning said: These are really good venues if Belgium-Germany-Netherlands is awarded. Feyenoord plans to build a new 63,000-seat stadium. It has been long in the making and I'm not too sure, when or if that project will ever become reality. However, if it's on the table for the 2027 edition, it will be the most likely final venue.

philipp morgenstern
The 2027 edition should really be held in the western hemisphere or Africa if FIFA really wants to grow the game. Also The 3 uefa teams auto-qualifying is not fair on the other uefa teams.
munichfan
The Netherlands and Germany would qualify anyway, no matter what. And given the state of women's football, a successful women's world cup needs some heavy marketing to attract crowds. Having the home team(s) there is the kind of free marketing you do not want to miss out at.

If Belgium qualifies for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, maybe FIFA if awarded the three countries all three of them could qualify automatically. AliciasBlade
If the Nordic countries were awarded the 2027 Women’s World Cup, calling it Denmark-Finland-Iceland-Norway-Sweden is a really long name. And there would be more than 1 mascot.
