NYCD 2012 Posted April 17, 2006 Report Share Posted April 17, 2006 SINGAPORE SNOC has launched its Olympic bid for 2028 , The Masterpiece will be the New National Stadium and the new Sports Hub at Kallang , completed by 2015 . The SNOC also said the Sailing and Rowing will be held at Marina Bay , The site propsed for Singapore 's first Casino , the Singapore bid faces other bids from neighbouring countries such as Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur .
