Shanghai will shortly over take Tokyo in having the largest metro population in the world will Shanghai go out big to be the Premier city in the world in the 21st century, They hosted the most Grand World Expo back in 2010 and will they finish up the job in hosting a Grand Summer Olympic and Paralympics Games in 2032.
