Chak De India!

WELCOME/स्वागत आहे! :)

(That's Marathi btw - apparently the main language of Maharashtra, Mumbai's state). We started in one of Mexico's great historic sites, now we're in one of India's: Where else could we start though, but the Taj Mahal!

File:Taj Mahal (Edited).jpeg

One of the planet's great sights, it was built as a mausoleum - & it's where we will be burying another candidate, whoever gets the fewest votes. But first, we must deal with the events of Round 2, in the pyramids of Teotihuacan:

A: 0 B: 2 C: 2 D: 1 E: 2 F: 2.

That's...close. Nothing is even near a majority, but we do have a clear loser - & I'm surprised to say it's @JDCLauron's Mexico City that drops. You do still have your Mumbai one though.

Well, time for Round 3, with our 5 remaining logos. Here are those rules:

  • This voting round will be open for (approximately) 48 hours - it will close at 9pm UK time, Monday January 14.
  • Voting will now be conducted in rounds until one entry has an absolute majority and is declared the winner.
  • In this and following rounds, the logo with the lowest number of votes will be eliminated at the close of the poll.
  • Vote in the poll for your favourite logo. You have ONE vote, so make it count.
  • Your vote is public and can be seen by all.
  • Entrants MAY vote for their own logo if they wish. For transparency, I will not vote unless required to break a tie.
  • Votes are valid if cast by members of GamesBids as of January 1 2019 with a bona fide posting record.
  • I will rule on the validity of any suspicious or disputed votes, or who constitutes a bona fide voting member.
  • I will not vote in this, or any subsequent rounds. However, if a tie-breaker vote is needed, I will reserve my right to vote in order to break it.
  • Be fair and sportsmanlike, this is meant to be fun and the entrants all deserve RESPECT

So there it is, time to let democracy take its course in the largest democracy on Earth. Unless we get a majority in this round, we will be going back to Mexico to go loco in Round 4. In the meantime, may the best logo win!

GOOD LUCK! :)

I was surprised JDC’s Mexico City didn’t make it! I really thought it was going to go further.

He he! No biggie! One thing there might be that, when all the logo designs had to be zoomed in for Round 2, Logo A then looked a bit off, as though the illusion of eccentrically shrinking squares was further lost, looked less appealing.
