Anyway, I think this change of venues for 2019 is the big chance the IOC will take to show off its new HQTRS to the membership -- altho I don't know if they will hold the Session at the Lausanne Convention Center, at the Beau Rivage Hotel, or if the new HQTRS can accommodate the Session.
