ghost1 0
What were the longest distances between venue sites and the main site (for example between Torino and Sestriere) for Winter Olympic Games? I need that info for the Games after 1980, but older infos are also welcome Thank you
Olympian2004 511
I only know that the games of Albertville were considered "long distance Olympics". I believe the longest distance was between Albertville and Val d'Isère, the alpine skiing venue. And I found a German link ( Holiday apartment in Val d'Isère) according to which the distance between both cities is 86 kilometres.
