MAY 25, 2016
A key figure in Brazil’s interim government has resigned after explosive new transcripts revealed how he plotted to oust President Dilma Rousseff in order to end a corruption investigation that was targeting him. The transcripts, published by Brazil’s largest newspaper, Folha de São Paulo, document a conversation in March, just weeks before Brazil’s lower house voted in favor of impeaching President Rousseff.

Odebrecht's delation is a "point machine gun 100," says Sarney in audio

Sarney also related Odebrecht to an action that the suspended president Dilma Rousseff would have made "directly" during election campaign not specifying the year.

Brazil’s Acting President Michel Temer Vows to Tackle Insolvent Pension System

BRASÍLIA—Brazil’s acting President Michel Temer faces many challenges in shoring up the nation’s finances, but none are more polarizing than fixing the nation’s rickety pension system.

In one of his first acts after taking over earlier this month from suspended President Dilma Rousseff, Mr. Temer set a 30-day deadline for his administration to unveil a pension overhaul plan.

New Finance Minister Henrique Meirelles last week announced a new agency that would focus exclusively on the topic.

“We need social security to be sustainable and self-financed,” Mr. Meirelles told reporters. “We need to make sure all pensions will be paid and the state will be solvent to meet its obligations.”

The sense of urgency stems from Brazil’s fast-deteriorating public accounts. The nation’s debt load is ballooning, as is the country’s budget deficit, which is nearly 10% of GDP . . . .

Why the crisis in Brazil is not just about a coup

But a cognitive chaos too?

Now a series of images showing what is happening in Brazil now.

1. Two images of this week (very popular in social networks)

26951808250_cff3bc0d82_b.jpgcomissão-cultura-beijaço-Bolsonaro-Feliciano-Lula-Marques-Agência-PT-25 by Partido dos Trabalhadores, no Flickr

26951808920_0b47fbea94_b.jpgcomissão-cultura-beijaço-Bolsonaro-Feliciano-Lula-Marques-Agência-PT-24 by Partido dos Trabalhadores, no Flickr

2. Reasons

2.1 The three politicians in the pictures are known in Brazil like conservative politicians

(racist, homophobic, misogynist and xenophobic)

2.2. They are against the Worker's Party (Party of Lula and Dilma Rousseff) and all the left parties

(Brazilian left parties like the Worker's Party, PSOL and PCdoB are progressist)

2.3 They are pro-Coup and defend the 'traditional Brazilian family'

2.4 Other people (kissing) in the photos are against the conservative coup and the

illegitimate government.

*For this reason, all social movements in Brazil are against the coup and we can see all social movements in events against the illegitimate government.

Coup in Brazil, No Doubts About IT!

Western Truth TV - WTTV / May 25, 2016 / Secret Government

What is happening in Brazil right now is a coup. Plain and simple. As of right now it is an ongoing story with new information popping up every day. My personal take on it is that the U.S. has never given up the hope of completely controlling the South American Continent financially and politically, and does not want any other powers such as China or Russia gaining impact in the region. It goes back to the Monroe Doctrine of 1823, which states that the U.S. believes it should have complete control over the region.

The BRICS challenge all that. The last thing the U.S. elites want is a coalition of countries challenging and checking them in their drive for world power. The U.S. has always tried to undermine any bloc of nations or the idea of Unified South America creating their own Bloc with Russia and China backing them.

Dilma Rousseff is seen as a threat because she charts her own course and she does not give in to neo liberal bullying. So, they cooked up charges on her, the so called Car Wash scam. This enabled the opposition right wing to call for her suspension and impeachment. The funny thing is, it seems the guy handpicked to replace her has skeletons in his closet. Its coming out that Michel Temer may actually be even more corrupt and that this whole show trial is just his all white male cronies trying to cover up their own dirt.

Another thing is that they immediately pushed for neo liberal “reforms” like privatizing the national healthcare, and doing away with environmental regulations. This has all the makings of the “Shock Doctrine” being put into place, as it had been in Chile in ’73, Russia in the early ’90s, Greece in 2010 and currently ongoing in the Ukraine. For more background on this method, read Naomi Klein’s excellent book “The Shock Doctrine”. Its what’s in store for Brazil and the rest of us if we do not do anything to stop the neo liberal agenda.

Brazil is going to be in for a tough time, especially with the Summer Olympics coming up shortly. Funny thing I did notice while writing this, the trouble with Ukraine started in 2014, the time of the Winter Olympics, now Brazil at the time of the Summer Olympics. I could be over reaction, but I suspect the Olympics might be being used as a cover. Just an observation. A majority of the people do not support Temer or his neoliberal agenda. Massive protests have been going on for days. Like I said, its an ongoing story we need to keep an eye on. Here are some links so you can have better background on the situation.

Why British Unions Reject the Coup in Brazil

The seizure of power by Vice President Michel Temer in Brazil, while President Dilma Rousseff fights the impeachment Temer has backed, is deeply troubling. Like the main trade union confederation in Brazil, the TUC considers the regime of Temer to be illegitimate.

Brazil’s gov’t in disarray as another minister resigns

Interim president Temer loses second Cabinet official after leak suggests he tried to derail probe

RIO DE JANEIRO — Leaked recordings of heavyweight politicians discussing Brazil’s sprawling kickback scandal caused more headaches for interim President Michel Temer yesterday, with a new leaked audio tape forcing his anti-corruption minister to quit — for attempting to block a graft probe.

Transparency Minister Fabiano Silveira was the second member of the interim administration to leave in only 16 days because of recorded conversations about the investigation into corruption at the state oil company Petrobras and the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff.

It is the latest Cabinet casualty impacting Temer’s administration, which some analysts are doubting will last beyond the next few months.

THERE HAS BEEN A COUP IN BRAZIL
Democracy has been overthrown in Brazil as in Ukraine
Paul Craig Roberts | Infowars.com - MAY 30, 2016
In Brazil the country’s largest newspaper has published a transcript of a secret recording leaked to the newspaper. The words recorded are the plot by the rich Brazilian elite, involving both the US-corrupted Brazilian military and Supreme Court, to remove the democratically elected president of Brazil under false charges in order to stop the investigations of the corrupt elites who inhabit Brazil’s senate and bring to an end Brazil’s membership in BRICS. The Russian-Chinese attempt to organize an economic bloc independent of Washington has now lost 20% of its membership.

Lula knew that Mensalão was bribery, says Corrêa in delation

The awarded delation of Pedro Correa confirms the argument put forward by the task force of Operation Lava Jato that Petrobras scandals and the Mensalão scandal had to source a single system of corruption to buy political support for power maintenance with the direct participation of the former president Lula. The informations are from the newspaper Estadão.
"Lula had full knowledge that the Mensalão was not 'slush funds' election, but bribes collected with government agencies for politicians to keep their constituencies and continue to integrate the government's allied base, voting matters of interest of the Executive in the Congress" said Correa.

So the "deposed" leader is still president, still free to move around the country, hold rallies, etc.

Worst. Coup. Ever.

How can it be a coup if Rousseff still being presidente? Beacuse she still living in the official residence, she uses official plane, official cars, security, etc. Do you know a "coup" like that? She has the right of defense. The process is not finished yet. I don't like the Interim president, but the people who voted for Rousseff knew that he was going to be vice-president and it was a possibility he becomes president if everything happened to Rousseff.
