Witch city has the best chances to host 2024 and 2028 Olympics

To know this we need to know 3 things

1 who put their name forward for (as of right now)

2 when did that country have it last

3 and when did that continents have it last

Will start with 3

So let have a look at continent have had it between 1996 to 2020

1996 North America

2000 Oceania

2004 Europe

2008 Asia

2012 Europe

2016 South America

2020 Asia

So from this we can tell that Europe, Asia and South America have slim chance pulling 2024 or 2028 Olympics

So that leave us with

North America

Oceania

Africa

Now with this information North America have the best chance to get the 2024 Olympics but if a Africa nation can pull a good bid together they could take it but they need to prove they have the money and resources

Now with the 2028 Olympics if North America win the 2024 Olympics Oceania has the best chances to win the 2028 Olympics but if a Africa nation can pull a good bid together they could take it but they need to prove they have the money and resources

Now with this information we can see witch city and country have the best chance to host the Olympics

2024

Durban, South Africa

Los Angeles, USA

DC, USA

Boston, USA

San Francisco, USA

2028

Brisbane, Australia

Melbourne, Australia

Durban, South Africa

I really dont think Europe is out a all... There has never been 3 Summer Olympic games out of europe in a row, so if any Europe city make a descent bid I think it has a good chance for Europe 2024! And if 2024 goes to USA I´m hundred procent sure Europe get 2028. But i believe that 2024 goes to Berlin or Hamburg (still hoping Copenhagen though, and yes I know it will not happen, but it is allowed to dream :)) and then 2028 will go to USA, and I belive that 2032 is a chance in Africa if the World situation is allowing it (regarding wars etc).

The next three after 2020?

...The cities that have the drive and shear determination to go through with it...I would expect an Alpha USA city in there somewhere though.

I'm going to side with TBS and say the following:

2024: Germany or Paris, after three straight Asian games' any' European bid will win

2028: One word; Durban

2032: Los Angeles

2036: Melbourne

That's better

2024: Paris (if they bid); Boston or LA if Paris is out

2028: Toronto; Berlin if US hosts in 2024

2032: Durban; Istanbul if not Durban

I just don't think Durban will be ready before '32. If Durban gets the Commonwealth Games in 2022, that puts off 2024 and probably 2028 - they would need to be putting together a '28 bid while still prepping for the '22 Commonwealth Games.

I don't know the extent to which there is a true continental rotation in the IOC's mind. If so, then Melbourne or Sydney would be a slam dunk - but I just don't see an Oceania Games again for another few decades. Giving Australia (30 million people?) the same weighting in a continental rotation as Asia (3 billion?), Europe (750 million) and the Americas (800 million) just doesn't compute to me.

I think it will go like this for the next 3 Summer Games Los Angeles USA 2024 - Berlin Germany 2028 - Lima Peru 2032

Never going to happen.

This is what will happen:

2022 = Oslo, Norway.

2024 = Rome, Italy.

2026 = Denver, United States Of America.

2028 = Durban, South Africa.

2030 = Krakow, Poland.

2032 = Berlin, Germany.

2034 = Stockholm, Sweden.

2036 = Beijing, China.

Five European Games out of eight? I'd say that's even less likely to happen than Lima 2032.

If you want to be taken seriously, you should add the country to your list. Otherwise it's invalid, sorry.
