Can NOT believe that the women finished fourth behind Wales in Team Gymnastics They biffed it so badly on bars and completely blew it. That's the first time EVER that they've missed the podium in th

Oh and a 1, 2 in men's rings. So tied Delhi and Melbourne's gold medal total. The women's team should have performed better. With the results from the last 3 years to be beaten by Wales is shocking

Patricia Bezzoubenko will likely add 4 more medals tomorrow. Here's hoping she can duplicate Alexandra Orlando's 2006 achievement. Ironically she is cleaning up in Glasgow because she is not good enough to compete for Russia.

She is a Russian citizen as well. Have you heard her speak? If she was good enough, she would not be competing for Canada.

Doubt it. This girl will be a contender in Rio. Besides, who the hell wants to compete for Russia??

Doubt it. This girl will be a contender in Rio.

Her scores in Glasgow are 14 points behind the the current World Champions score from 2013 and they are the same age. She would need to take a giant leap in technicality and difficulty to even challenge for a top 10 in Rio.

What makes you think that? There is no Commonwealth country that is anywhere near being a Rhythmic Gymnastics power. Alexandra Orlando cleaned up in Melbourne (won all six events) before going on to finish18th in Beijing.

Looking at the scores, yikes. Did not realize the massive difference. That being said, she's pushing top 20 in the world and could do well in Rio.

It's a cheap way to re-use the Gymnastics venue, I guess.

Jasmin Glaesser is a World Champion medalist, didn't medal.

Just some comparisons.

Cycling: Delhi 5 medals, Glasgow 1 (4 to 1 in track cycling alone)

Gymnastics: Delhi 8 medals, Glasgow 6 (1 to 6 in rhythmic)

Swimming: Delhi 10 medals, Glasgow 5

Shooting: 3 medals vs 2 medals

Weightlifting: 5 medals vs 0
