JMarkSnow2012
Majority of the cinematography in London sucked. True in a sense. The London ceremony was the first to be designed specifically as a stadium entertainment incorporating elements aimed at TV, rather than a TV spectacle which happened to be taking place in a stadium (or a display of mass synchronisation like Berlin 1936). It wasn't a wholly successful experiment, but it'll be interesting to see if Brazil, also using gritty cinema specialists for its Opening Ceremony, will attempt an improved version using lessons learned from 2012.
