Maybe the referee didn't see the Suarez incident, the ball was on the other side of the pitch when it happened. FIFA needs to review the videos though. It's Suarez's 3rd recorded bite (he bit a player in the Netherlands when he was at Ajax), & he should be banned for a long time, perhaps life.
