Scotguy
The Baton at old Trafford: Seeing the 2002 Baton next to the 2014 one, I know its different times but the Manchester baton looks very cheap.

Rob2012
The Baton at old Trafford Nice getting Robson involved, but you'd think they could've had most famous Glaswegian in Britain (no, not Billy Connolly) pose with the Baton at OT. Seeing the 2002 Baton next to the 2014 one, I know its different times but the Manchester baton looks very cheap. Was going to post something similar earlier. It doesn't look cheap, but it does look of its time. It's like looking at a minidisc player.
Alexjc
I disagree, the 14 baton is what is in vogue now...relaxed and easy. These batons got sillier over time just proving the one upmanship that finally crashed and burned in 2010. The Glasgow baton is a fresh rebirth of a theme that got thrashed to death. JMarkSnow2012
Would it be unfair of me to suspect that those two guys are discreetly trying to wrench the Baton from Boris's two-fisted grip, so the kids can have a chance with it?
