TorchbearerSydney
These 'world tours' are getting expensive and pointless. How much more exciting would a non-stop true baton relay from London to Glasgow be? In reality, the Scottish leg is the only one really worth doing. I hope GC 2018 does just a short Australian leg. Alexjc
All over the CWG threads the debate has always be about the totally pointless (IMO) global baton tour. It should just be previous host, next host, and country of host. It is a pointless waste of time calling the global tour a relay. It should be called a "Tour" and when it gets back to Scotland/UK stard the relay proper.
