Pity that I didn't find it earlier. I too am planning to attend the games and like a lot of you, have a few spare tickets (a friend cancelled his plans ). Sounds like fun Sadly typical.  I know of one person whose tickets were "lost" who had to wait there over 8 hours to get this done.  Just as in London, it seems like they are way behind in sorting the tickets they received.  Perhaps as a consequence, I've also heard reports of people getting scattered seats, also like what happened in London.
