You know that sound bite that happily says "Brasil!" we would sometimes here on TV from Brazilian TV or from the PA system at a Brazilian venue whenever Brazil suceeds that comes from a male voice for years. Think when Rio got the games and the celebration for it. Will that be allowed for Rio for those moments when it gets gold, and when Brazil march last in the Opening Ceremony? Does the IOC have something about that? Wonder does that guy still gets royalties from it? Will it be restricted to the likes of TV Record, ESPN Brasil, SporTV, and Band Sports?

It's a classic! I remember hearing it mixed with some music during Rio 2007 opening. If the PanAms, which abide by most olympc rules allowed it, maybe the IOC won't mind.
