:D Good work Oracle.

A much cleaner race...a bettet effort by Oracle and James Spitall.

This is the Oracle that New Zealand fears.

Spitall has found a weakness in Barker and its in the starts.

Still far far behind but better, time to party! Till Tuesday. Respect Team NZ. Respect.

Good to see there is a fight out there...could be two week regatta after all.

Lucky for you Paul, you can party the rest of the day...bummer here in NZ, its Monday morning. :(

These two prototypes are evenly matched...This is exactly what Coutts and Ellison wanted.

This cup is all about crewmanship and tactics.

The momentum in yesterdays race shifted back to the centre with Spitall exploiting Barkers weakness at the start sequience.

This leaves everyone on edge...exciting as!!!

I do now believe the AC 72 monsters should stay, but they need to find away around the costs. There are plans for the next generation of cats that should help...Remember this cup is the pioneer event for the class, and we have, sometime tragically, pushed them to the limits.

This happens in F1, Nascar, Red Bull Air Racing etc...you are at the cutting edge.

Reports on the News tonight has Team NZ mildly demoralized after race 4 and Oracle's sudden resurgence.

Also Oracle has launched an appeal to have the IYF Jury decision to dock the team 2 points revoked.

Clearly Larry Ellison has decided to use his wealth.

This has shades of the infamous Red Boat NZ Challenge of 1992 when the mental mind games eventually overwhelmed the team. Even then the back up skipper, one Russell Coutts and a team moral booster called Peter Blake, brought in at the last moment, could do nothing.

I don't think Team NZ are mildly demoralized after race 4. They always new it would be close and that they would lose races. Where did you see about the appeal?

I must say I am nervous about tomorrow. But we have the boat and the team to get the job done.

Just saw the tv3 report about the Oracle Lawyer saying that the international jury should overturn the 2 points. Didn't oracle say that there were no appeals allowed to the international jury decisions?

It's Americas Cup...anything can happen.
