Men's 200m butterfly

Gold - Le Clos (South Africa)

Silver - Phelps (USA)

Bronze - Matsuda (Japan)

With the silver medal, Phelps tied the record for most Olympic medals.

He matched former Soviet gymnast Larissa Latynina, who won 18 medals

- Women's 200m Butterfly; and,

- Men's 100m Freestyle.

Semifinals take place for the following events:

- Women's 100m Freestyle;

- Men's 200m Backstroke;

- Women's 200m Breaststroke; and,

- Men's 200m Individual Medley.

The 100m men's freestyle, holy **** what a finish. That is one time I can't wait to watch it on NBC. Got the best swimming commentators in the business.

Yep. Swimming shows that Dan Hicks has emotion, which you usually don't see when he does golf.

Speaking of which......will Hicks do golf in Rio 2016? Or will he continue to do swimming?
