cormiermax 89
One good thing about this is it actually gives good thoughts about Vancouver which I was not fond of before.

Olympian2004 511
They now have a moment of silent for all who can't be in the stadium tonight. But why not for the victims of the Munich 1972 terrorist attack? Jacques Rogge's excuse that they don't want to harm the jolly atmosphere at the opening ceremony is now an extremely weak excuse. cormiermax 89
An opening ceremony is supposed to give you a goose bump moment at some point, there is some time for that left but I'm worried..

Olympian2004 511
What does that segment mean? I didn't listen to the commentators... I remember the "Who has seen the wind?" segment of Vancouver now - but it was much more moving, with "Both Sides Now" and the boy hovering above the wheatfield.
