MrCatra
lol I couldn't care less eitherway but you're just wrong, Mr. Danny. Your knowledge is superficial, as it's common to those that use the press to be informed instead of reading the law. Hehe. The law already covered any investment made in the east region of SP. The law only changed to avoid judicial disputes related to the constitutional "Princípio da Impessoalidade". Other teams should have the right to apply for the same incentives to build a stadium there. None wanted, of course, but that would cause the delay of the works. So it was added an item, among other clauses, clarifying the stadium needed to be related to the WC. And guess what? Only ours was. Totally fair and impartial. Haha. PS: The complete report explaining all the changes in this law, allowing Corinthians to build the stadium: http://esportes.terra.com.br/futebol/copa-2014/kassab-assina-lei-que-concede-incentivos-fiscais-ao-itaquerao,0fd258cdd459a310VgnCLD200000bbcceb0aRCRD.html "Friendo" The 'o' was in Italics, my friendo. That was to add a more friendly tone to our conversation. Since it is know words ending with vowels are more friendly than their counterparts. Maybe I just invented that. Who knows, tho. Hehe. Why get personal? You don't need this. Whatever to the rest. The stadium of Corinthians is really not my focus. I wish all the best to you guys. The 'o' was in Italics, my friendo. MrCatra
Hey Mr. Danny. I meant to the subject, obviously. We rarely have in-depth knowledge about things in your futile lifes. It's the way it is. In this case I know more than you, about Rio you know more than me and the list goes on! Peace.

MrCatra
I'm not sure anyone posted here but... FIFA demanded Curitiba to give up their aspiration to have a retractable roof for the WC. Wise decision. Now I believe the Stadium will be ready. ps: Atleticos president - the team that owns Curitiba's stadium for the WC - unofficially said he plans on doing it anyway. MrCatra
Btw, here's a picture of Corinthians Arena. I liked the angle very much, showing the curvature of the roof, the East side Façade, and the aerodynamic design of Arena Corinthians, haha. I love it. DannyelBrazil
Curitiba looks sooooo behind Actually it is not. The assembly of these metalic parts is so fast. A month ago they were starting this part and now they are already putting the lateral parts. I'm really not worried about any of the World Cup Stadiums. Recife's Arena Pernambuco had a bit more than 60% 5 months before the Confederations Cup January 2013 This is Arena Pernambuco in the Confederations Cup (how can be?) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hxwHH1NLYU This is the Arena Pernambuco in a regular match of Brazilian League Serie A This is Arena Pernambuco now: With all pre-modeled pieces, they build stadiums like Lego... It's impressive the speed of the constructions now-a-days

DannyelBrazil
Probably soon, some big Media conglomerate from USA or some country in Europe will come with a "exclusive" report: "Will Brazil be ready for the World Cup"? Then, to make their point, they will publish old pictures of a stadium in work or pictures with a exact angle that shows some chaos in a specific working site... And, as always, in the World Cup, everybody will be surprised all the stadiums are "magically" built and beautiful... We've seen this movie so many times... DannyelBrazil
It was quickier than I thought... From ABC Australia...Maracana ready for FIFA World Cup, but Brazilian confidence shaken by slow stadium progresshttp://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-09-16/brazil-confidence-shaken-by-slow-stadium-progress/4960692?section=sport This report is full of inaccuracy, that with all respect to my fellows from Australia here: Hey, ABC, go hunt Kangaroos. "Botofogo supporters"... Is it too hard to write "Botafogo"? Lack of accomodation in Rio?FIFA said the number or rooms in Rio surpass the needs. For Olympics, yes, this is a problem. "Brazilian sports minister Aldo Rebelo has publicly said he is worried about delays in construction of five stadiums still being built for next year's World Cup." First, there are SIX stadiums under construction. And one of the big criticisms Rebelo suffers in Brazil is that he never admited there were delays in the works!!!!!!!!!!!!
