mr.bernham Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although it has one person bidding, is it anyone here? Quote
thatsnotmypuppy Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 The Paris books are pretty ordinary... I personally wouldn't bother. Quote
yoshi Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Try doc.rero.ch @bernham. Google that & type 'candidature file' into the site's search box & you'll get the bid books of all the races from 2012-2020. It's the best place on the web to find bid books, since pups's site went Quote
Lord David Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 The Paris books are pretty ordinary... I personally wouldn't bother. I got a copy of them! and 2008. Quote
Olympic Fan Darcy Posted April 7, 2014 Author Report Posted April 7, 2014 Who bought the Sion 2002 books? anyone here? Quote
mr.bernham Posted April 8, 2014 Report Posted April 8, 2014 No, it's 3***n I think he bid on my NYC too. But he got both Sion and Paris. Now I'm hoping for another Paris to pop up! Quote
Olympic Fan Darcy Posted April 8, 2014 Author Report Posted April 8, 2014 ohh so you didn't get the Paris? that sucks. they seem to be the one that pops up the most. that and NYC.. Quote
tominger Posted April 8, 2014 Report Posted April 8, 2014 (edited) Yes, New York 2012 pop up quite often and Paris does from time to time. Both Bid Books are nice and Paris delivered an excellent Bid. Therefore, their Bid Book is a "good read". I never saw any of Madrid Bids popping up on ebay or Moscow 2012. They are rare and more difficult to get - like most of the books. Edited April 8, 2014 by tominger 1 Quote
mr.bernham Posted April 8, 2014 Report Posted April 8, 2014 I was able to get a pdf of Paris, Moscow, Madrid, and London 2012. Quote
yoshi Posted April 9, 2014 Report Posted April 9, 2014 doc.rero.ch then search 'candidature file' once there. I don't know why they don't have NYC 2012, they've got all the others. All the YOG books are up there too 1 Quote

thatsnotmypuppy Posted April 9, 2014 Report Posted April 9, 2014 Yep - that is the one. It doesn't appear that the addendum regarding the back up stadium ever made it online though. Quote
yoshi Posted April 9, 2014 Report Posted April 9, 2014 Aha! There you go bernham, you can have a full 2012 set. The London book also includes the venue section in full, something that never made it online back in 05 Quote
ktoles Posted April 14, 2014 Report Posted April 14, 2014 Does anyone know where it may be possible other than Ebay to buy a copy of the Vancouver 2010 Bid Books? I know someone on here got one previously, I'm just hoping someone puts one up for auction soon. I'd really like to get my hands on the physical copy. I have London's but I really want Vancouver 2010 to go with it. Quote
Olympic Fan Darcy Posted April 14, 2014 Author Report Posted April 14, 2014 I bought them previously but it was the first time i've ever seen them for sale. Sorry, hope another one pops up. Quote
