Querque Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 the athletes oath was taken Christina Anger (alpine skiier) and the judges oath by Angelika Neuner (luge bronze medalist in Nagano 1998). Both were stammering^^

Nice one... they probably realised some tests a few days ago ! The questions, now is... will they keep the third cauldron after the Games ???? (by the way, if we have some members from Singapour, what did they do with the cauldron of the 2010 summer YOG ?)
Querque Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 the 3 cauldrons: Uploaded with ImageShack.us and the Bergisel stadium with the cauldrons: Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I just can't believe it! Due to "energy saving" the flames are no longer burning. (http://sport.orf.at/stories/2099474/2099473/)
afiqnadzir Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 Flames deleted for reasons of economy http://sport.orf.at/stories/2099474/2099473/ The artistic culmination of the 15-year-old Tyrolean singer EMA sat with her Olympic song "This is our time". The celebration was concluded with a fireworks display. The three fire shells at Bergisel were deleted to save energy by the way, shortly after the ceremony again. Instead, the fire burns up to 22 January on a smaller flame in the Maria-Theresia-Straße. this could be the worst olympic ceremony of all time.
SwissO Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ......................... Where is the Olympic Spirit
