gotosy Posted June 11, 2012 Report Posted June 11, 2012 Madrid update the logo w the olympics rings http://www.madrid2020.es/
paul92 Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 Well that doesn't shout 'Serious Bid' at all. Looks like part of a bouncy castle.
BABYLON Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 And what's up with not using a capital letter when writing the name of a city? I'm not sure that this is the best logo Madrid can produce. Reaching perfection makes it hard to outdo yourself and Barcelona's logo was perfect!
munichfan Posted September 4, 2012 Author Report Posted September 4, 2012 And what's up with not using a capital letter when writing the name of a city? Has happened often enough oops, just ignore Vancouver's bid logo
afiqnadzir Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 i hope they can produce better logo if they win this bid...for me it just to colourful,9 different tone in one logo..
munichfan Posted September 5, 2012 Author Report Posted September 5, 2012 i hope they can produce better logo if they win this bid...for me it just to colourful,9 different tone in one logo.. Well, I'm sure. That "bid logo was better than actual logo" seems to disappear after Rio.
BABYLON Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Has happened often enough I picture my small town English teacher chasing all those graphic designers with his signature angry look on his face: "How dare you?" I think it's this desire to be "so creative". The tradition emblem look doesn't do it anymore.
BABYLON Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 I just made my own English teacher angry! I meant to say the "traditional" emblem look doesn't do it anymore. For those of you native-speakers of English, forgive our butchering of your language.
