Athensfan 1081 Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 I think it is more questioning the integrity of the bidding committees because almost all confirmed and rumored bribery was initiated by the bidder. Perhaps so, but it takes two to tango. A zero tolerance policy would deal with this -- something strict like the ELIMINATION of a candidate city if attempted bribery is proven and the permanent EXPULSION of any complicit IOC members.
