Shantsev runs up to the ball and kicks to the top left corner, Sebastian Coe lunges but he misses.........IT'S IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moscow has won the right to host the 2012 Olympics - the bid commitee are all happy jumping up and down, London are now spewing themselves.
