I finally found it!!! I just love this song - I am getting not homesick, but "Ozsick" when I hear it - that is the intro song for Sydney 2000 of the First German TV channel (sorry mates - the person, who uploaded that video, had not picked pics from the Sydney Olympics only) - the song was written and composed by two music producers from Hamburg - the choir was formed by different German choirs (50 singers) - the track was recorded in the studios of the NDR (the North German Broadcaster with its HQ in Hamburg)
