Only several celebrities who are diehard Olympic fans can afford 500+ room headquarters hotels for themselves to stay at during the Olympics. I may not be a celebrity, but several years ago, I joined this forum because I was an Olympic fan. And the Rio Olympic project updates don't really accelerate until after the London Games have been held. How is a city like Rio going to prepare itself for the Olympics in four years, much less seven? Only two years have passed, and Rio's entering its third year of preparation. Quote

Ok, let's talk seriosly. I'm not intended to harass you. But, you should rethink your behaviour, your way of acting in the forums, well, if you want to. You're so free to make petitions and be imperative in your comments. When you do this you're not harassing us, but, face the fact: this kind of behaviour is "weird" and most of people (if not all) thinks this FUNNY. Your "statements" lead to ironic and sarcastic answers, and often to jokes. Think about it: you are asking us to ban a so-used expression of English language!!! And also threaten us of be banned from the forums because of the use of "it seems" --- this sound so surreal that makes laugh a lot. Maybe, if we call you bad words or attack your honour, we could really talk about cyberbullying or harassment. This is really not the case. Nobody can be offended because of the use of "it seems", Jim. C'mon! Again you're free to behave like you want, as we are free to answer you based in our opinions too. My tip: be more nice or accept the feedbacks or join the jokes ("if you can't win them, join them") Otherwise, It seems (sorry, this was not intentional) you don't have any sense of humour. I already said it here: I do prefer ceremonies at the same stadium of the Athletics, but I don't see a sin or a huge problem if Maracana host the ceremonies. The problem here is: IOC and most part of Brazilians are pretty happy with the ceremonies in our "special stadium", 99% of the world really don't care about it and will be praised to see the big party at any place... This is enough to me to understand that the majority wins and the ceremonies will be in "that special stadium for Brazilians". But Jim wants to make the world spin west-east just because of his will... Not a nice reason of argument to start a discussion, right? Quote

I’ve seen his form on other sites (try googling his net handle and you’ll see how many “Please mod, can you finally once and for all ban Jim856796” threads and campaigns he’s sparked on other forums). I wondered at times if he really WAS, in fact, as mentally challenged or autistic as he tries to come across as, and even felt a bit sorry for him. But his record is too consistent and EVERY issue he chooses to game over is so patently absurd and targeted to annoy and infuriate the respective audiences, that it’s very clear he’s a notorious serial and deliberate troll. Jim – I don’t have a problem with dissenting or opposing views or opinions. I welcome them, if you can debate your view intelligently and with evidence and examples. I think most members here are the same. But you don’t like to engage beyond trying to distract the issue by having vapours over the use of things like common english words when the heat comes on. Yes, it’s your right to express opinions, no matter how lame and bizarre you choose them to be, but it’s my right then to refute, argue against and ridicule when I feel you’re being a provocative and pointless d!ck. If you post a viewpoint on a public forum, you are doing so on the understanding you will get comment and feedback on it,. But then again, of course you know all this anyway.
