plusbrilliantsexploits
i vote for dubai! I think that Dubai will win because of its infrastructure and its obvious wealth. In an ideal world, it would be a close race with Taipei: however, I don't think that the OCA will wish to raise the wrath of the People's Republic by basically giving further legitimacy (as they would see it) to the Taiwanese government. Ikarus360
^^ Taiwan hosted the 2009 World Games without much trouble (besides China boycotting the opening ceremony because the president of Taiwan opened the games). As long as they use the Chinese Taipei symbols and Flag Anthem instead of the ROC symbols, I don't think there should be problems. Dubai should win, but it's too soon after Doha IMO. Shrek201
BUt three straight games in East Asia isn't? Well, that's where the major population centers and sporting powers are. How come the Olympics return to Europe regularly?
walei
As I said a few times before, Taipei City won the hosting right of 2017 Universiade in a close vote against Brasilia due to the support from PRC. I don't think PRC will oppose Taipei hosting an Asian Games too. But in all likelihood it'll be in Dubai.
