True, the worst acoustics I've seen for this kind of ceremony.. For this, Rio have no problems, in the Maracana the acoustic makes 90,000 become 200,000... Up until this point it has been dead. The crowd should have been warmed up properly beforehand and instructed to cheer everyone into the stadium and CLAP!!
