SkiFreak
Not exactly new pictures, taken over the last few weeks, my first attempt, but here we go ! So how does this work since Telus isn't a sponsor of the games? Did they have to cover the "Telus World of Science" sign? Looks like the outside of the building could've used a cleaning before the games.
Faster
Oh no, they are using non-tradition curling ring colours. I hate that.

NY20??
The curling rings or targets aren't usually green and blue.

4gamesandcounting
Really suits the look with those curling rings. I like it too!
IceRings
Really suits the look with those curling rings. I like it too! Hmmm... I haven't seen the pics but if it's the same as the World Juniors then I'm not a fan. It does fit in with the overall look but I'm sure the red line for ice hockey won't be changed to green! go time baby
canada hockey place: will they by covering up the "GM Place" signage and replacing it w/ the Rings? I haven't seen them do that yet.

I haven't seen them do that yet. Perhaps they won't be covering up the "GM Place" signage. Salt Lake used the Delta Center, but although they kept the outside signage, the arena was always referred to as "Salt Lake Ice Center" in the context of the Games:
MonctonFella
everything looks amazing. especially the oval!!! vancouver has out done itself with its branding. my only dissappointment is that it wasnt used more.
canucks4ever
I'm wondering....how much of it will remain after the games.... I means particularly the green rings... hopefully they will stay.... and not trown in the garbage like a virus. i hope after the games to come to vancouver and feel this city as been an olympic winter games host. Past hosts definitly keep some of their Look on venues, even the rings. True for Salt Lake, Torino, and Beijing.
