Mo I liked the project you've made, it seems to be really possible.

But I prefer the roof. Sorry. smile.gif

Is Rio only awarded 1 2014 match veune?

Yes, for the 2014 World Cup, FIFA doesn't allow a city to have two stadiums.

If yes, Rio would have two stadiums for be used in the World Cup.

Engenhao only needs more seats, because the stadium is already under FIFA requirements, according to local media.

Indeed, the stadium was projected to be used in World Cup and Olympics if Rio would wins.

Engenhao was selected as one of top ten stadiums in the world, since is the only with a official training path not far than 50m from the official competitions one. smile.gif

thats silly of FIFA. They would rather host in a less capable city than host 2 match venues in Rio.

oh wait, Qatar gets to host all 10 venues in one city.

They classify suburbs close to each other than Deodoro and Barra as "host cities"

Mo, you know me, If I could I would make an entire World Cup inside Rio! LOL

But for Brazil, FIFA didn't allowed it.
