The 4 cities have all had their equal time...so it's now left for the IOC members to just schmooze amongst themselves and get their thoughts and voting preferences in order. It would now be unethical and TOO chaotic to still expose the IOC voters to the bid teams. They need this time to digest the presentations and reflect on their next actions which I can see...they do take seriously. I wonder where our little friend is??
