Kngkyle Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 took 20 minutes for them to start talking about the actual bid
thatsnotmypuppy Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 OK OK - they have now realised they are back to bidding for a sporting event. Phew!
Citius Altius Fortius Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 the bid is very spread I wonder how the transportation is guaranteed
micheal_warren Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 took 20 minutes for them to start talking about the actual bid Finally...
micheal_warren Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 No Brazilians are commenting... I had noticed they have all gone quiet!
DannyelBrazil Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The order of presentation is a little bit mess... But they are addressing everything in the bid...
Kenadian Posted October 2, 2009 Author Report Posted October 2, 2009 I dunno, I think they are just addressing the concerns that people have about going to a New Frontier. Admit your weaknesses, say you are addressing them and turning them into strengths.
Guardian Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 Finally... Took a while to start talking about the bid, I see.
Rafa Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 he is just using the same words as in the video!!! oh no!
olympian Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 No Brazilians are commenting...where are they now?
DannyelBrazil Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 But Rio is losing the chance of make the IOC member stunned... I'm disapointed...
thatsnotmypuppy Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 OK - the Olympic training centre is well thought out. Interesting legacy point - but my God - now he's on about real estate development in context of the Olympic Village? The IOC doesnt need to hear that right now! Sales stats?
stir.ts Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The order of presentation is a little bit mess...But they are addressing everything in the bid... they were build up too much, it will get better.
Guest Bauler Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 Hahahahahaha NERVOUS!!!!! ASHAMED!!!! HAHAH
Rafa Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 i could just watch the video on my laptop..except it has a females voice and cool music
Citius Altius Fortius Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 all pan-american village flats were sold in a single day - that could mean also that the house building is very bad in Rio...
Olympian2004 Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The Olympic Village looks very 70s-like to me (for example, like the ugly Olympic Village of Munich).
olympian Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 another panams reference? that's 4 clusters. does look really spread out when they showed the map.
thatsnotmypuppy Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 But Rio is losing the chance of make the IOC member stunned...I'm disapointed... Don't be - I am obviously backing Tokyo - but there is still hope. This is just such a weird presentation. It's like they are trying to get a finaincial deal done - not the Olympics...
Rafa Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 what a lie...deodoro needs a new arena in Deodoro too...not just the "X-park"
micheal_warren Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The X park for youth is really cool with BMX, Mountain bike etc.
Guest Bauler Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The house building is not bad, is even too much sometimes!!!! They sold them unexpensible!
DannyelBrazil Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 Brazil is making it too technical... Well, this is a bet, or it works very well, or Rio had lost a big chance...
thatsnotmypuppy Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 The Sambadrome (?) looks like a ridiculous venue for archery in that animation.
