Bob
I think the newly expanded Olympic Super Store is awesome! The outside banners all around the building are awesome! Great day ... free toques for first 100 (got mine), free cokes (got mine), athlete autograph sessions, entertainment ... the Cowboy Junkies put on a great 1 hour performance (got Margo Timmins unique autograph). I would love one of those Olympic Torches in the wooden boxes ... $295! Agree ... the 2010 clothing is 10x better than the Beijing clothing line!!! Bob
Coke is selling about 20 new pins at the Olympic Store!!! They are $10 each!!! The October HBC pin (Torch Relay) was selling fast ... almost cleared the board by mid afternoon. But more are coming!
IceNarcissus
I'm kind of relieved all of these things are happening. It's kind of like seeing everything coming together. That and I'm pleased as punch how public excitement is now building up steam.

nobase2010
I'm surprise HBC didn't include umbrellas as part of the new 2010 team canada merchandise. Considering that it rains a lot in Vancouver. I was expecting too see rain coat, umbrella, and rain boots.
Kenadian
If you go to the store, make sure you bring your Visa or cash...because they don't take anything else.
NY20??
It would be great if they plan to blow up the Look at venues like they did in this picture. All the different motifs and detail that make the branding so great get lost when they're small.
Chateau Petrus
Since October 1st, we can now see more of the merchandise on-line at : http://store.hbc.com/men-s-team-canada/cat...apparel-p1.html (there was some items shown before that, but it was very limited)
Chateau Petrus
Just arrived from the HBC store in downtown Montreal. The whole collection is now there (Team Canada uniforms) Better quality then the Beijing stuffs but way under the Roots collection of Nagano, Sydney, SLC and Athens. Considering that it rains a lot in Vancouver. I was expecting too see rain coat, umbrella, and rain boots. Yeah, me too. In addition to the parka, I would like to nab the henley lumberjack top, the red mittens, the Olympic team red short-sleeved T-shirt, black longsleeved T-shirt, the pom pom toque, trapper hat, scarf, and the red full-zip hoody.
