My Bet starting in last BidIndex Rio de Janeiro 61.4 (All momentum things grants a big jump for Rio) Tokyo 61.7 (IOC EC Report makes Tokyo keep in first but with a little diference from Rio) Chicago 58.2 (Money guarantees could be the key for a Chicago loss) Madrid 59.5 (Got some points with IOC EC Report, but lost others, keep on same)
