DannyelBrazil
Well, most people also doesn´t realize that Rio´s Airport is called Tom Jobim. I No, you're wrong, we all in Rio know... Including media says Tom Jobim Airport instead the former "Galeão"... "To say that african and other latin american athletes will be training here is a overstatement." I never believed in that... The Estadão article you've posted link here was pointing the obvious.. The archtect wanted to grow the importance of his job... Maria Lenk was never planned to serve main olympic swimming events... When you look at the venue, you say "It's too small to this". Simple like that. I never believed in that too. ...As about transportation legacy of a Pan Am... Never happened in the previous host cities. It's stupid to believe that in Rio would be different.
Cauê
I full disagreed with this scores...Venues and Overall Plan Madrid 9 Tokyo 9 Chicago 9 Rio 7 Rio 7???? No Way! Yes... Rio "7"... only? This lack of information about what is in Rio, for me, a major part of the problem.

DannyelBrazil
Not for a Pan am, but def for an Olympics - Salt Lake City, Athens, Beijing, Nagano Of course... In olympic stage, legacies are possible... Barcelona 92, maybe, is the strongest example. PanAm Games is a Olympic emulation, never a previous PanAm host got a transportation legacy. Never.
