You can access it in two ways - either go to their site (www.la84foundation.org) and use the search function. The main Olympic Report page seems to not be working. Otherwise go to The Bid Library and click on the 2006 bid Books page. Scroll down the bottom and it's under the 2006 Torino Bid books.
