Not very long, it basically summarizes the bid data from what I can gather. Anyway, it's out there in case anyone's interested. However, it may be even more interesting if he does an update of the book after the vote, win or lose for London! I actually can't see him making much money before, and if it does make some, it will only be because the book is fairly cheap and could be advertised as a bargain in many stores...
