Rogerioandrade
well...now that everything´s is concluded... what should we expect from the last race ? We already know both the driver´s and constructors´ champions.... so..... I´m afraid the last race will be dry as the desert sands.
Rob2012
Well, many drivers still don't have a drive next year yet; they'll be wanting to impress. And the battle for 3rd in the constructors between McLaren and Ferrari is yet to be decided - irrelevent to us, perhaps (though I always want McLaren to beat the red cars), but there's a not insubstantial amount of money at stake for the teams, as well as pride of course. Button mightn't screw up qualy now there's no pressure either!

Rob2012
Audio from Thursday's press conference. Trulli and Sutil continuing their argument from Brazil. This is brilliant, have a listen to the whole thing: @1:48 Alonso says to Kimi "Shall we go?" And the crash that started it all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFO5-BGKpwo

4gamesandcounting
Good stuff. I quite like the track. Will the crowds still be there in 5 years time - look at Turkey now.
Rob2012
Hmmm...true. I'm encouraged by Damon Hill saying a deal to get Silverstone on the calendar next year is "very close". As for tomorrow, it looks very much like it's Lewis' to lose. RE: my question about weight adjustments, here's the answer: The McLaren driver was on pole by a margin of nearly 0.7 seconds and he was still half a second clear when the amount of fuel in the cars was taken into account
Rob2012
What an anti-climax to the season that was. Time for the 2010 thread soon methinks.
4gamesandcounting
Last 3 laps great - the rest dull. Track with potential though...
arwebb
Gave up watching it at about half distance. It was probably one of the duller races of the year, save the last three or four laps and the scrap between Webber and Button.
