Keeping dangerous distance from Cuba IMO

How many times we see Brazil in 2nd in a PanAms with 3 days left? Even if Cuba pass Brazil, it's a great participation of Brazil this year

Uh go read your comment on the side "Are all Canadians like ...." Please don't be a hypocrite. I am going to retrieve everything I have said so far.

In case you didn't read my previous post Cuba has made all 10!! boxing finals which likely even if they win 6 (which isn't impossible) would pass Brazil. Unbelievable.

No, this is the start of the conversation, when the mood was OK.

Anyway, Intoronto, forget us!!!! (third time I'm asking this to you - BTW, you didn't placed this quotes)

___

Still to see: Volleyball, Female Soccer, Judo (specially this one), Marathon - all of them Brazil have great athletes, still a tight race for the 2nd place.

AND EVEN IF CUBA GETS 2ND, NEVER BRAZIL WENT SO FAR, WHICH IS GREAT. PERIOD.

I remember the last time Brazil played against Canda in female soccer, indeed, it was in PanAms...

Brazil 7

Canada 0

I think you misunderstood the contest of my answer. You said Brazil will finish second (no one is denying that) all I said was Cuba made 10 boxing finals which would be a serious threat.

It`s an open race... Both Brazil or Cuba have chances... Actually, it will all depend on how good Brazil will perfom in Judo.

According to Brazilian analysts, Cuba has 13 real chances of gold tomorrow and Brazil 9.

Maybe, today was really the last day Brazil was the second in the medal table... Some golds will be really missed in the total count.

Hey, medal table from the OFFICIAL Website:

canqy.jpg

I'm doing this to avoid people using own systems to make their country look better.

If you look at the past pan ams you'll almost every country in the top8 is getting better, except one or two that are rapidly declining.

Shameful.

- Colombia won 6 gold medals yesterday haha, more to come today.

Now they're threatening Canada and Mexico...

- Mexico lost some gold medals in Pelota Basca, lol. Still they can surpass canada today! (It'll depend on diving since canada and mexico are strong there).

oh, and about cuba, will be very hard to stop them because of boxing, we lost many semi-final fights against cubans, damn... So...

They will win 8-7 gold medals in boxing alo so our 2nd place will be gone unless we do the same in Judo (our judocas are way better ranked than any other country in judo... If you look at the last world championship cuba won 1 medal, brazil won 6...

but the pan-american refs love the island hehe... So you never know.

Kinda late, but Nery Brenes won gold medal for Costa Rica this afternoon in 400m dash.

but the race was great... he had a fucking great start then got tired at the end but still he had a good time IIRC...

If he can develop his ''endgame'' (dunno the term in english) then he can become a force in the 400m.

The last time Canada and Brazil played it was in the Pan Am Games and they drew 0-0. The last time they met in a tournament Canada won that tournament so whats your point? 2007 was 4 years ago.

LMA0 at CBC "Canada, Brazil tango for soccer gold at Pan Am Games"

Tango is Argentinian? Just wow.

So, we should not trust in Canada media... wink.gif

My point is Canada NEVER WON Brazil both in Female and Male football, acoording to FIFA website. laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gif

So far, Brazil won 5 golds today and it's winning Canada in football - half time.

Indeed, Brazil won a final in boxing against Cuba...

Still, the difference is 3 golds... Too tight.

Ops, 4 golds, Brazil just won in Female 200m (track and field)

He'd have to lose the moustache to appeal to me!

I wouldn't kick him out of my bed, though.

All the people criticize his moustache. I love him just the way he is, hahaha... and now he got a silver medal. Tomorrow, we'll be waiting for his deserved gold medal ;)
